Information for families

Spaulding Decon is often hired by family members to assist with hoarding issues. Family members are often frustrated by the hoarders lack of expediency and their inability to rid themselves of the debris. All technicians are highly trained in dealing with hoarders and moving them along with the process.

It is very beneficial as a friend or family member to either have the hoarders intentions understood and relayed to us if they plan on being gone during the cleanout, or calming the hoarder so that the process does not take more time than it needs.

We respond discreetly to your property and out of our normal uniform. We do not disclose any information about the jobs we are performing. Your confidentiality is our goal.
